Shipping Policy

Local Shipping (within Singapore)

Standard shipping is $5 (free for orders above S$100). Standard shipping means that your purchases will be delivered in 3-5 business days from the date of order.

We also offer Express next day delivery at S$10. So if you place your order at 10am on a Wednesday and select next day delivery it will reach you the day after i.e. by Friday. We also offer same day delivery at $20, for orders placed before 12pm.

Our delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays*.

*Please note during peak season like Hari Raya, Deepawali and Christmas there might be delays due to high volume of orders being processed by fulfillment & courier companies. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by third parties.

International Shipping

We offer Aramex fast international shipping.

Malaysia - Free express Aramex shipping for orders above $200, otherwise its $15 for shipping for orders below $200. 

Australia & USA - Free express Aramex shipping for orders above $300, otherwise its $40 for shipping for orders below $300.

For rest of the world Aramex express shipping (5-7 business days) is available for a fee based on your order value, you may add to card to see the shipping fee applicable to your country.

*Shipping is not handled by us directly, but by 3rd party providers. While we only work with reliable partners for e.g. Singpost, QXpress, Ninja Van, Janio and the likes, we are not liable for any loss/damage caused by the 3rd party shipping providers.
