Ordering

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

If your item is not quite right, you may exchange it for another style or return it for store credits in the form of a voucher for your next purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been successfully placed.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

When can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming down.

Self-collection is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Shipping, Returns & Sell with us

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What happens when my kids outgrow the outfits?

No need to worry. With our Buy-Use-Return Program, you can send back outfits once your little ones have outgrown them. In return, you will receive Nimbu credits to use on your next purchase.

It is a simple way to reduce waste while enjoying savings on future orders. Good for your family and better for the planet. 🌍

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver on weekdays only (weekends and public holidays are our days off). Place your order by 12 pm for same-day shipping, or we’ll ship it the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
